Here’s the deal great except for compatibility these days with the old and the new traditional Brakes
Here’s the deal. I really like your products, but I’m having trouble with obsolescence. I wore the rim out completely on one of the deep dish, we searched the lawn and wide to find a new rim and I rebuilt it on your hub 24 spoke to make an 11 which I can’t seem to find any more of. So I’m preparing to maybe have to take that bicycle back to Ten Because at 10, you still have the Tri book available around? If you have any other solutions for my problem, please let me know. Then I can give you full rating.
Response from Hed Cycling ProductsJan 15, 2026
Hi Lincoln, Thank you for the detailed feedback and for riding HED. We understand the challenges that come with legacy rim brake and older hub compatibility as standards evolve. We would like to look into your specific wheel and hub situation and see what options may still be available. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Best regards, HED Cycling Team
