My HED front wheel broke a spoke for no good reason and I was stranded on my bike in a remote location for 4 hours on a cold December day. HED charged me to repair my wheel and I have been distrustful of HED since this incident. I have now purchased HUNT wheels to replace the HED wheels as result. HED is also no longer supporting traditional campy cassette bodies and this is very bad.

Hi Mark, Thank you for the feedback and for riding HED. We are sorry to hear your experience impacted your trust in our brand. We offer the updated Campagnolo N3W freehub bodies on most of our current wheel products. N3W is the updated Campy standard design. Best regards, HED Cycling Support Team
