April 18, 2026, I placed a delivery order from HEB (Westheimer/Kirkwood Location), paid the delivery fee of $7.95 and tipped the driver $8.00. I reported a case of water was missing and received an email that I will receive a refund in 5 business days. Why Yudiel was not called and told to deliver the water the cameras showed him leaving with? I now have to pay another $7.95 + tip. HEB, I prefer the case of water without having to pay another large deliver amount. How many other victims have to wait for a refund?

Whoever decided to remodel the West Lake Hills store needs to be fired! The areas they decided to move to don’t even make sense and the next time you go in there they’ve moved them again. (I’m in there at least 3 times a week.) Now the store smells like spoiled food. The flies will be there soon. The employees are upset. I’m going to Randal’s!

Store on 290 and barker Cypress, worst customer service they don t know how to do a return. I purchased marked down ready made meals and my husband got more of them so i thought i should return a couple of what i got. I went to return and they stayed 15 minutes to figure out how to return then told me these are markdowns the system wants you to give you the original price, we are not able to return it.i offered to pay the difference for them, they said they don t know how and this was supposed to be the cistomer aervice manager. Really doesn t make sense. If i can put no stars at all.

HEB HAS THE WORST SELECTION OF SWEET POTATOES I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! DO NOT KNOW WHERE THEY GET THEM BUT ALWAYS SMALL AND WITH BLIMISHES!! THEY ALSO CARRY WAY TOO MUCH OF THEIR BRANDS AND NOT MUCH IN NATIONAL BRANDS! I PREFER DEL MONTE VEGETABLES BUT NOT MUCH CHOICE!

Has really good food and Ms.Beverly has great customer service

HEB doesn't make things right. Dropped griceries at wrong address. It's been on my acciunt wrong for ages but groceries always arrived. I didn't know it was wrong. Out $75 but they won't help BEWARE

Somebody robbed my bridge card at the store and I'm in Michigan and they're in Texas and they didn't even listen to me they didn't even care they just kept the money

I love the store, their online experience, pickup groceries ...etc Comparing to other grocery stores, leagues higher in quality.
