Arnold was super quick to respond on a out stock item. Got lucky when two items came back in and got one of them. He was quick to follow up and provide install instructions as well. Thanks for the help! Joel

Hi i purchased a Surecal Calorifier and Expansion Tank from Heatso. I saved $210 on the item and postage cost to Australia. From the time I purchased, FedEx had picked up the item within 4 hours. It arrived 5 days later. The communication from both Heatso and FedEx was very good. The items were complete and as described. Be wary of using PayPal if not from the US as they tried to slug me with $36 aud currency conversion charges, i chose to pay by Credit Card instead and avoided this.

I will advise against buying anything from Heatso, rarely have I been this disappointed with a company and its so-called customer support. First issue came right after ordering. I ordered a hydronic heater kit online late last year, and seeing as Brexit was getting close, I made sure to only order items that where in-stock and able to be shipped quickly. Ten days after placing the order, I had not heard anything from Heatso, so I contacted them, only to be told that the main furnace was on back order. They proposed to downgrade to a smaller furnace which was in stock, which I accepted (but got no compensation for). The items arrive and one of the additional items I have ordered beside the kit was missing. I wrote to their customer support saying that there is an item missing to which they reply that it is there, and I should go check again. I comply and check again, but the item is simply not there. How ever I find out that I do not need the item for my installation, so I write to Heatso that the item is in fact missing, but I can get on with my installation none the less. (got no compensation here either) Then when I finally get the kit installed, the water circulation pump vibrated like crazy, and the expansion tank was leaking. I sent Heatso pictures of the hole in the expansion tank, to which they replied that there should be an overflow hole, despite the pictures clearly showing the overflow pipe and an additional hole that was a fault of the plastic molding process. Eventually they sent a new tank which they “forgot” to label as a replacement part, so I had to pay import tax for it. The vibrations from the circulation pump were so loud, that you could barely hear the furnace running let alone the ticking of the diesel pump. After MANY mails back and forth with customer support, they agree to exchange the pump providing that I send the old pump to them. I sent the old pump the next day and waited…and waited…and waited. Then 14 days after I could see on the track and trace that they had received the old pump I wrote and asked when I could expect to receive the new pump, they replied that I would get the new one as soon as they received the old one. I then provided them with track and trace information showing that they HAD received the old pump 14 days ago, and since then they have stopped answering my emails. In short, my recommendation is to take your business elsewhere. Other sources might be more expensive but buying at Heatso is a lottery ticket. After I posted this review, Heatso contacted me and apologized for the delay and said they would ship a new water pump "within the day". Twelve days later (according to tracking info) they shipped the new pump, over a month after they had received my return pump.

This past winter our original heater failed and I purchased an Espar M2 D4R and installation kit from Heatso. I can't say enough about their level of service - excellent! Of course I needed a lot (!) of advice about what to buy. Without exception, every emailed question received a very helpful reply within 24 hours. When my order was placed, I received prompt shipping updates and received the heater and all its installation parts within 2 days (in USA). Through an inadvertent mix-up the wrong model was sent initially but they immediately shipped the correct model without waiting for return of the first one (both delivery and return shipping free of cost to me). Again - I had the replacement in hand 2 days later. The installation went very well - also thanks to some very good advice from Heatso. A bit later I discovered I needed another part - same thing: I had the new part in hand 2 days later. All of these shipments were free of charge (I can't imagine their expense for doing this...!) To this day, whenever I have a question I receive a prompt helpful reply, usually within 24 hours (which is great, considering that the time-zone difference means my email arrives there after the close of their business day). (They also have a local toll-free phone number to reach them directly.) All told, I have received great service and after-sale support from the folks at Heatso. (Obligatory disclaimer - I have no connection, financial or otherwise with Heatso - I'm just a very satisfied customer.)

Recently purchased a portable air conditioner. It was advertised to be adequate to cool an RV! Put everything together, and the air conditioner failed to perform. I routed everything correctly, wired it, and it couldn't cool my hand a few inches away. Heatso took days to reply to me via customer support. Never answered the phone. They told me to reach out to the vendor rather than help me resolve the issue. Most concerning was documentation they sent to me with. The spec sheet had 'test' conditions (25C internal / 32C external temp), which the Heatso support represented as 'limits'. Highly concerning with the false information they are sharing and lack of responsiveness to customer concerns. They sent the item back to the original manufacturer. The manufacturer checked the cooling out of the vents directly; it was not faulty according to the test. However, they did not comment on the results of my several functional experiments: the A/C couldn't maintain temp unless it was less than 20C outside, even in a fully insulated RV. Edit: Heatso issued me a full refund. Upped from 1 star to 3. Will probably not do business with Heatso again, certainly not any products with less than 10 reviews.
