I installed an Eberspacher 2KW air heater in my Sprinter in March 2021 in preparation for a 6 week off grid tour of the American west. We experienced a full range of weather conditions from blizzards early in the trip to near 100 degree temps at the end. Our air heater worked perfectly and kept us toasty and warm when the mercury dipped below freezing. During the installation process, the Heatso customer service team provided crucial guidance which made the van build out go smoothly. And recently, after an extended period of non use over the summer and early fall months, they told me how to do a hard reset of the controller in order to get it ready winter camping. I'm in the US and Heatso is in the UK but the their responses are always prompt even with the time zone difference. Bravo Heatso!

Arnold was very helpful in advising me on the various models and options available that would better fit my build, including very specific features of the products and their accessories. I still haven't bought the kit since I'm still in the planning phase but customer service was great so far. So I highly recommend contacting them if you have any doubts. I'll update after the purchase and build.

We recently purchased a new work truck and it had a espar airtronic d4 heater. It didn't work so, we had to order some replacement parts. We thought we had ordered the right replacement parts. Of course, it was late Friday night when we placed the order. Saturday morning we realized our mistake. We sent an email to cancel our order. To our surprise, we had a response Monday morning acknowledging our request and offering up a couple of suggestions to correct our order. They sent us everything that we needed and also a follow-up email. I am so impressed with the quality of customer service we received. Thanks again for all your help. It is much appreciated. Thanks

Over the top customer service! Received my order in USA in two days.

I purchased an Espar marine diesel hydronic heater from Heatso to replace a 22 year old, similar Espar unit. I purcahsed this unit from Heatso for a couple of reasons: First, they had both the based unit plus the kit that we needed to install the heater on our sailboat. Second, they had good pricing backed up by a reputation they have clearly earned and third, the delivery to the US was extremely fast! Due to the very well designed original unit, the swap was pretty straight forward. In fact, I was helped by repurposing the original mounting bracket which was identical to the new one to create an easy-on, easy-off bracket (one on the heater one on the bulkhead, slide together). The support I have received has far exceeded my expectations in its thoroughness to understand my unique installation (they all seem to be unique) and in providing well reasoned support for my wants and needs. I couldn't be happier to have made the decision to purchase my marine diesel heater from Heatso!

I ordered Espar heater parts through Heatso... As soon as I hit "Submit" I realized that I had made a mistake (too many parts were purchased). I immediately made contact through the on-line assistant AND ITS A GOOD THING I DID.. my order was already being processed. He was able to remove the unnecessary parts and refund me the correct amount. The package was shipped that day from the UK to me in the US. The quality parts arrived with tracking in a super reasonable time. Great experience.

Can not say enough good things about Heatso Customer Service! We purchased a Webasto Diesel Cooktop and just prior to departing on a trip we had a problem with it. We contacted Heatso Customer Service and they JUMPED on our issue and exceeded our expectations in every way. Communication was easy and responsive and their timing was extraordinary as we were against a deadline. Heatso went above and beyond in working with our cooktop issue that needed a replacement part (from Europe) and got it shipped directly so we are ready to depart! All in all a 5 Star experience. We would wholeheartedly recommend Heatso to all.

This company is A1. If i could give it 10 stars i would. Customer service 5 star. Had an issue , they resolved it in an instance and gave me a better deal than i was looking for. Recommend this company.
