David patiently & thoroughly took every step making sure I got the far superior unit that I didnt realise would even fit or work in my space & then walked me through all the details. And there were a lot of details with my Custom Expedition Truck. Then Tony broke some Rules & got me the unit 24 hours earlier, in person, during their high season. Worst customer service and experience and Constantly pointing the finger at the customer while simultaneously admitting to bad parts or lack of experience with leaking parts. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SUPPLIER.

I have a 1989 VW Westfalia camper van. It came from the factory with an Eberspaecher gasoline heater. While it worked ok it was clearly getting old and began gto need a lot of maintenance to keep it running. The new Eber uses much more modern technology, is smaller and yet performs much better. The people at Heatso were very helpful throughout the installation process.

I would rate this company 0 stars were I able to. Listing error and refusal to take responsibility for that error and issue me a refund led to me filing PayPal and Visa disputes. 10-15 percent more expensive than competition on Google Shopping. In addition to a short 14-day return policy, a 20 percent restocking fee, transaction fee of 3.5 percent, and handling fee are buried in their terms and conditions. I recommend giving this company a hard pass. Grateful to PayPal and Visa!

I purchased a floor model SureCal 30 liter / 7.9 gal Vertical Single Coil Calorifier for the savings. I unfortunately did not receive the installation instructions with the unit. I asked for a copy ahead of time to plan the install. The installation info link they sent was for a different model and voltage. After calling and waiting on line, the person on line was helping the support department and was not a lot of help, but the person beside him answered my questions. I can tell you that they could do a lot better job with installation instructions and you should sell a install kit for the 15mm connections. It is impossible to find anything in the US that will work with them. I had to remove them (trash the 15mm push on connections) and bolt directly to the connections. This was time consuming and a little misleading from the original information of the description of the item on their website. And stop the email ticket shit with the support department, it slows the whole process of asking questions. The product works great for my sailboat, great hot water!!! But get your act together, please.

Read the return policy! First they ignored my request for return from the online form, then I had to go through multiple steps to get my return. Filled out a form. Sent it email AND with the item. Then they kept nearly 20% of my purchase.

We had the most amazing customer service and support from Heatso! We ordered (2) Espar heaters, install kits and sets of accessories from them and are so pleased with the service and pricing that we received! We were working with another vendor (mistake #1) and they completely dropped the ball (mistake #2). We were on a tight time frame to get the units delivered to us in Fiji before we left for NZ (we are on a boat). We ended up calling Heatso on Thursday, they had everything in stock & placed our order, we paid, and it was delivered on Monday to our freight forwarder who was able to get it to Fiji by Wednesday (less than a week from our initial conversation). And the icing on the cake was that Heatso's prices were better than the original vendor we were working with. We are very happy customers and would highly recommend Heatso for all of your heating needs. Very customer centric, great communication and quick responses, good pricing, and a well stocked inventory.
