Hi A few months back I ordered a webasto heater to go into our Ford transit which we are converting into a camper. Only recently were we able to start so I finally opened the heater we ordered. I was surprised to see that the actual heater was only protected by one layer of cardboard. I looked into the box and noticed some parts out of the bag, and that a bag was ripped. I first emailed customer support and they were very nice, reminding me that I would receive new parts if anything was missing or broken. The rep, who was amazingly polite and courteous, asked me to send pictures of the ripped bags, and I did. Upon further investigation, I realized that there were about 7 bags open and a lot of parts laying in the box. I then got nervous and requested to replace the heater. Last thing I want is to be stock in the cold. The rep immediately agreed and recognized that the unit I was sent was used to take pictures. They even allowed me to keep the original one sent. I am starting a van conversion company on the east coast of the US and plan on converting many vans. I will be purchasing Everything I need to buy for future Van conversions related to heat and water that Heatso offers. I am a customer for life. Thanks again, and we'll do business again soon.
