Great experience with Espar heater purchase.

Heatso: Great people, quality products, good prices and fast shipping!
Heatso immediately responded to my requests for information on a few products they sell. I bought two big-dollar items from them in the last two days. When I bought them, Heatso immediately shipped them, promptly giving me their tracking numbers. Heatso's products and prices are excellent. But it's Heatso's people that make Heatso such a great company to deal with.

I bought a wabasto 12 v diesel heater…
I bought a wabasto 12 v diesel heater kit from Heatso. (Initially I made a mistake and bought a 24 v heater and had to return it.) Heatso has been very responsive to my questions and have given me follow up support. I have not given them 5 stars because the installation instructions as well as some of the components in the kit could be better. How ever despite this, and being a complete novice, I now have a functional heater in my van.

Webasto X100 Issue
We had purchased a Webasto cook up an year ago to be installed our expedition truck. However due to truck build schedule the cook top could only be installed almost an year later during when, we discovered a defective module. While concerned about the time lapsed between ordering the cook top and using it was close to a year, we reached out to Heatso support. They were prompt in email responses and quickly replaced the defective module at no cost. Excellent customer service and thanks to the Heatso team for understanding the situation and providing service. Highly recommended!

Sent a defective control unit
Sent a defective control unit. Company would not reply to emails or phone calls. Bought another unit from HeatMyRv and system worked as it should. Heatso finally reached out and said they will refund the cost of the unit. As soon as I see the credit I will update my experience with them.
