The hearing aids are great! The only problem I have with them is the charging devices. I have the travel ones and they are not easy to use. They are hard to put the aids in and worst of all when I put them in, they flash and make sleeping difficult.

When I contacted Hear.com, I was just looking around at their website to see how I could go about getting affordable hearing aids. I wanted to get hearing aids for both ears, not just one. I can't quite remember but I think I received a phone call from Sheila to discuss why I thought I needed hearing aids. Sheila was so nice, informative, and professional that I thought, why not? I would have a 45-day trial, get a free hearing test, and speak with a professional audiologist. Wow was I surprised! I did my test in my home, with Gina, and she was so helpful in advising me my test results, why I would benefit with hearing aids, (a pair), and that I did have mild hearing loss. Having gone through this before, I knew I had the right person and company that I was dealing with. I am very happy with my hearing aids, I can actually hear total conversations clearly now, in groups, and I don't have to have the volume so high on my TV! My family is very appreciative of that as well! Overall, everyone that I dealt with was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and I felt very comfortable going through Hear.com. I even relayed their info to my health insurance company and hopefully they might put them on the insurance preferred provider list.

Terrible experience! Spent more time without them while being repaired or replaced than we had them. The 45 days free trial was up and we had not had the hearing aids for most of that. Problem after problem and they will not refund our money. We went with a different brand so now I am out for 2 sets. I had the entire experience written out with dates and all but google said it is too long to use.

The entire process, from the equipment delivery to the audiology assessment, was easy and step by step instructions were given.

I can’t say enough good things about everyone involved with the process of getting the correct settings and the follow ups. I have finished the process with the knowledge that someone will always be there should there ever be a problem . I always felt very comfortable with everyone involved in the process.

A very good experience from the initial contact (Teasha Bell - no hard sell) to the near term scheduling (to ensure devices would be ready at my appointment) to the very professional audiologist (Jessica Haynes - testing, fitting, tweaking and follow-up) and Teasha's working to fit the financing to my situation. And, the hearing aids have been been a noticeable and real benefit: in one-on-one client meetings, in noisy restaurant environments, listening to tv, making blue-tooth phone calls; listening to podcasts; and helping to silence the tinnitus during those quiet times. I'm glad I made the decision to test, try and use in my day to day activities. Thank you.

I didn't realize how much I wasn't hearing until I got my hearing aids. The kit I got in the beginning was impressive, even included a tablet with direct contact with .hear.com., plus all the parts I needed to use and maintain my aids. I had video training sessions with a trained audiologist and he was good about answering all my questions and giving me hints and suggestions. I was having itchy ears and he recommended ear drops from Amazon that takes care of that problem. I get regular phone calls and emails checking on how I'm doing. A pleasant surprise was that Medicare covered part of the cost !

The staff was highly professional, organized and skilled.
