Honest advice
With some trepidation, I signed up for a hearing aid evaluation with hear.com. I was amazed by the level of service, professionalism, and commitment from start to finish. Tiana signed me up and kept in touch throughout. The audiologist, Natalie, did a thorough exam with the kit I received by UPS, and advised me that although I do have some hearing loss, it is not bad enough for me to benefit from hearing aids. Then I asked if we could use the same kit to evaluate my husband. She readily agreed, and made another appointment for him. Tiana followed up to make sure they had his info, and his result was essentially the same as mine. We then sent the kit back with the included return label. Very easy and informative for both of us, without trying to sell us hearing aids we don't need yet.
