That said, we do want to clarify an important point for accuracy and transparency. Your return and full refund were approved earlier this morning at 10:00 AM, and an email confirming this approval — along with a UPS return label — was sent directly to you before this review was submitted. Our Quality Manager personally reviewed your case and authorized the return as a goodwill resolution, recognizing that the fitting process did not ultimately meet your needs. Once the hearing aids and equipment are received back in good order, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. We always aim to work toward fair outcomes, and in this case, approval was already granted and communicated prior to this review being posted. While we regret that our solution was not the right fit for you, we’re glad we were able to resolve this promptly and professionally.
