I continue to ask people to repeat what they've said, just as before. Fitter claimed to have told me before purchase that I'd need the next level up system and that screening out background noise was the cause of my issue now, which this lower level aid does not provide. He DID NOT tell me that before ... he did not say I would hardly benefit at all. Why sell something that does not meet my needs? What I get is a bit of clarity on some confusing sounds, when he speaks them, but what I seem to need more than that is more volume in normal conversation. I have wasted thousands of dollars and cannot recommend this fitter.

They did everything they said they would , no complaints

audiologist went out of her way to understand and treat my hearing weakness. She invited me back without charge several times to make sure she got it right. At all times the procedures were very proffessional.

The people checked me from head 2 toe 2 see what I needed then did what I needed. The people are very good 2 me .In checked me they r very nice 2 do business with. I Have told people about my experience with u and the bad time I had with the other company .

I am very pleased with palmetto hearing and Mr Baker I have appointment with him on the first of march.

IT was a very positive relationship

I had problems with the hearing aides working lose so doctor sent them back for added piece that helps keep it in place. One of the hearing aides later malfunctioned and the doctor sent it back for repair. He was always very understanding and extremely helpful.

Finance company you use was evasive, clever to not reveal 'the fine print ' and in general seemed a bit shady.
