I have already shared this wonderful conpanyvto several foljs. I am very impressed with the customer service and personal care. The folks really care about u and ur hearing.

Friction? No friction. Vague, fuzzy, unclear maybe. The relationship of hear.com with HearUSA was never clear.

Technician very amiable, patient, knowledgable ! Answered every question in easily understood language. Demonstrated products, taught me how to use and care for devices and allowed me a 7 day free trial ! I've heard sounds that I never had before. Vanity stopped me from acting sooner but 3 of my closest friends, on different occasions, had no clue I was wearing 2 devices !! Do yourself a favor, stop asking "What ?", & enlarge your life .

Everyone was friendly and professional. However the tape with the various sounds was overwhelming at first. Also I feel they should have encouraged me to stay longer on my first visit to get my hearing aids. My first week was more confusing due to lack of knowledge.

This experience has been as painless as a first time wearer could expect.

Very honest and straightforward hearing test

My overall experience to test hearing options was very positive and will purchase new hearing devises from Hear.com.

I had a family funeral to go to this past week. I wore my hearing aid all the time. I had no problem hearing in any given conversation with family members and other people. What a difference.
