After reviewing the account and speaking directly with the provider, we would like to clarify a few points. Your father was seen multiple times following his fitting to ensure proper adjustments and comfort, including visits for custom molds and fine-tuning. At his most recent in-office appointment, he was reported to be doing well with the updated fit. Since then, we have not received any reports indicating ongoing issues until this review. We also understand that travel distance can be inconvenient. During the initial consultation, your father was informed of the provider’s location and distance, and chose to proceed with care at that office. That said, we never want any customer to feel unsupported. Our team has made efforts to assist both remotely and through the provider, and we would still welcome the opportunity to help address any current concerns.
