Great person named Charles was excellent

Very helpful and provided guidance along the way to better hearing. Coordinating the "in-person" audiologist visit is the key to the success of correct hearing aid purchase for the patient. I'm not quite at the end of my trial period - still have some issues to be resolved and adjustments to be made with my new hearing aids; but overall very pleased with the services of Hear.com! (Especially, Maggie Beeton & Christina @ Hear.com and Dr. Megan Myers @ Swift Audiology in Pittsburgh).

I wish there had been a location in Cumberland . The trips to Hagerstown at my age are tiring,but I am very pleased with the outcome. There is nothing like good hearing but I was continually taking my old hearing aides out due to not being able to hear on the phone or just being uncomfortable. I put these aides in when I wake up and don’t remove them until I go to bed. If I happen to watch a tv program in bed they are fine no rebound sounds from the pillows . I am very pleased with the aides and I couldn’ t have been teated any better. Everyone was so accomadating and pleasant. Thank you everyone. Carolyn

My experience thus far has definitely been good. I've had three meetings with the audiologist and all three started on time and all three were productive. The hearing aids that i now have are working well. They are comfortable to wear, I seldom have to request that people repeat themselves, and the spatial settings seem to work well in noisy environments. The rechargeable batteries are a convenience as is the ability to control the hearing aids from my telephone.

Four years of experimentation with hearing aids. I either didn't think they helped or I just wasn't mentally ready. After wearing these hearing aids comfortably 10 hours/day for the last month, I am pleased with the result.

Incredible how much better my hearing is with them!!! My only issue is that the size of the soft plastic is too big for my ears and has made my ears sore. The correct size is on order and I am really looking forward to them.
