They tested my hearing and was surprised to learn im not as deaf as i thought.

Other than being interrupted by several incoming phone calls, I was very pleased with my experience and felt like he was very qualified and explained everything well. Regarding the NewSound rechargeable battery device, I have already had problems with it.

I have never experienced such loving care as I have from these professionals. The equipment is the best, the service is the best, but the people are what makes this company. They truly Care about you and your hearing satisfaction.

Everything went very smoothly with the representative, the doctor, and the process. I also found the pricing to be better than I expected.

Our experience with both hearing USA and the audiologist we were sent to were both caring and professional. The audiologist was so kind and patient with my mother in law , there was no pressure and my mother in law actually had the volume off on her hearing aid and he told us to go home and let her turn the volume up and see if that was the problem before ordering a new hearing aid. I would highly recommend them .

I was very hesitant about getting hearing aids. My husband insisted because he was tired of me asking him what so-n-so said. Also he says the tv was much too loud. I am pleasantly surprised!! I can actually hear prayers at church! They are so comfortable, I forget I have them on! The kids are going to be surprised and glad when they come home for the holidays!
