Susan is the best.

Working through Hear.com was a good decision on my part in that there was no pressure and it was very informative, which led me to make the right decision about the type of hearing aids for me. The prices were much better for the same produces than dealing directly with local providers. I would have given them 5 Star except it was difficult to pay by check, which for me is better for my record keeping. There was also too many follow ups after my first inquiry.

I believe you have the best product out there. Ordering to seeing the Doctor was seamless. All questions were answered. Hear USA in White Plains was terrific. Ron

Service before and during examination were excellent but have not had a good follow up experience. Emailed for an appointment last week and have not heard back. Also were supposed to receive batteries but had not.

The ear pieces are working extremely well. The audiologist has been tremendous. I’m very pleased with my decision to purchase from hear.com

I found that the person handling my case took a personal interest in getting my hearing problem solved. He worked closely with the audiologist a signed to me and would call me to find out how I was making progress. He sounds determined to get the best possible outcome for me. Thank you Mr. ARIAS!

I am amazed how well I hear now. The audiologist was great, and the whole experience was simple. Hear.com has been very helpful, told me what to expect, and has been following up with me to make sure I'm satisfied. I wish I hadn't waited so long to get hearing aids.
