The audiologist was patient and very amenable to matching the technology to my needs.

I felt that I got the information I needed without pressure. I also appreciated that consumer protection required by law was not presented as a "special deal". I was given a set of aids to wear and try out and have had good follow up care. I am also impressed by their battery policy. I know the free batteries are a real benefit because I have seen other people come in to pick up their batteries.

Changed my life

I was quoted a price of 5,000$ for hearing aids i paid for them then three weeks later i was charged another 500.00$ and i thought a car sales man was bad. At least when they quote u a price they dont charge you more after you have paid for it.

Monica Allgauer was awesome!! I had some initial problems with certain sounds from my hearing aides but on a follow up visit she was able to bump up some sounds that I was not getting clear and now they are perfect!

Both phone contact and office visit were excellent.

Good testing, very happy with hearing aids. I am around a lot of soft spoken people in my day to day. This is where I really notice the difference. I love the rechargeable batteries and the phone app that allows me to adapt my hearing to my surroundings.
