Price was unbeatable. Shipping updates were very helpful. My only suggestion would be a follow up phone call to the customer. For someone who has never worn hearing aids, getting started all on my own can be a little frustrating. Still not sure I have it all figured out correctly but it has been a huge improvement in what I can hear now. They are so comfortable, I actually forgot to take them out when I went to bed! Figured that out when I rolled over. Overall, a great value for my money. Glad I did it. There are just some basic questions that are created by purchasing online vs going into a store where your questions can be answered immediately by the person working with you. That’s the only reason I gave the rating 4 stars instead of five.
