Good experience. On time appointments, timely phone reminders

I had a very positive experience when l tried the hear.com hearing aids, especially when Doug walked out of the room and down the hall l was still able to hear him. This was something l had never experienced before with hearing aids, this was amazing. Very satisfied so far. Thank you.

I had a great experience with Richard Quartermain helping me get set up with my hearing aids. I am now hearing sounds I haven’t heard in some time. I recommend these hearing aids to anyone who needs help to hear better. Pat Moyer

My concerns were addressed. I spoke with a representative who discussed my concerns. She gave me insights without trying to push anything. The hearing specialist was great. My financial concerns were respected. The hearing aids are good quality, rechargeable and good value. A payment plan was set up that is manageable. The hearing aids are comfortable and easy enough to get used to. The printed material is there for help understanding what to expect and how to adapt to the hearing aids.

Ok let’s face it, “.com” anything does not instill confidence.... until I gave hearing.com a chance. All I can say is how very wrong I was! The person I worked with was Amber, who was not pushy, helpful, great communication, and outstanding follow-up. She put me in touch with a local audiologist who gave me the same service. I am so pleased with what I have, the cost, the fit, the look, quality and performance! Then fantastic service on top of it!
