One of the most epic, responsive, game changing health and welfare org I've ever worked with

I can't praise Hear.com enough for the complete transformation of my hearing since I reached out to them and set up the equipment they shipped to me. I had been experienceling some ongoing hearing deficiencies since entering my 50s which have significantly impacted my relationships with my wife and kids, missing key messages or not being able to follow conversations within the family among all of the everyday noise of a normal day The hear.com kit has transformed my home life beyond belief. The equipment is excellent, The ear buds are we're immediately effective at dialing up my ability to hear and understand our daily interactions and experiences. The equipment itself is extremely discreet, the buds fit me with an insanely thin filament of wire to carry the audio to my ears. My kids never noticed the equipment for the first week i wore them, until I showed them how the buds are poistioned in each ear. Their follow-up service has been amazing, they can ship all manner of upgrades and replacements as required (eg wider or thinner ear bud seals to moderate and dampen external sound levels. Their cuaromer service is immediate and immensely helpful. One of the best customer operations I've ever worked with at any company im a customer of. Bravo hear.com

The company was very professional, communicative and responsive. Never had to leave the comfort of my home! Like others here have reported, I can hardly tell I’m wearing aids at all. They work so well and I can adjust the devices from my iphone. Thanks to my insurance the devices cost me $500 out of pocket where the quoted expense was $5000. Thank you Bennett Dorion for holding my hand through the entire process and Juliet Grider for your patience, professional testing and fitting me on numerous occasions.

Good product, good people.
Professional, pleasant, helpful. I learned a lot but ended up not making the purchase for financial reasons. I thought the aides themselves were very good and the refund was immediate with no hassles. So I would highly recommend this company and would definitely go back if my finances change.

Am I really wearing hearing aids?
I have worn hearing aids for more than 30 years. Four or five different companies. These are the first that fit my ear perfectly, and I forget I am wearing them most days. Are they too good to be true? I hold my breath that one day they will die….I hope not!! I do need replacement “wax guards”. Could you please have some sent to me? Thank you, Denny

Everyone seemed very patient and caring. Seniors grew up up in a caring society in professionals, but it is rare to find that anymore. Everything was explained and all questions were answered. Product is great!
