If I could give them negative star's it would be -5 star's. I didn't do my due diligence in research on this unscrupulous company and got sucked in to their scam. Just to place an order when you put your email address in, it automatically signs you up for a subscription. Even before you decide to order anything. So once you place an order you get recurring charges on your account. I did start giving the product to my 12ish year old lab. I really couldn't tell if it was working or not. He would sometimes chew on his feet to where they were raw, then lick them. But not all the time. About a month into the treatment he got really sick and ended up at the vet with fluid bill up in his chest and abdomen and that afternoon was put to sleep. Not saying that it was the product that I had purchased from this company that made him sick, but I have quit a bit left and may have it tested to see what it actually is. None the less, they sent me an email stating they are sending more product and once again billing my credit card for said product. I reach out to the Healty Petz, but didn't get a response. After a few days I received another 3 bottles. So I reached out to them again and stated I do not need this product as my dog passed away and I would like to send it back for a refund. They state that there is a 60 day return policy if unsatisfied. So they finally sent me an email stating if I were to send back the product for a refund I would have to pay shipping and duty taxes as I would be shipping it from the UK... I emailed them back and said " I am not in the UK, I live in the USA". They then proceeded to switch it around and stated it would have to be shipped back to the UK. I f I wanted just a refund ( which would be cheaper than the shipping and duty costs ) I could get a 50 percent refund... I said ,fine it's better than having to deal with this company again. That was yesterday July 28, 2026. Haven't gotten the refund as of yet. We will see... They will probably charge my account instead! Stay away from this company, they will rip you off....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, SCAMMERS. Purchased one bottle after asking to cancel. Arrived leaking and looked unprofessional so wouldn't use. Still no response from company. They have now taken more money which is being sorted out by credit card company. DO NOT USE THEM. DISGUSTING COMPANY.

DO NOT BUY!!! I ordered on high hopes from seeing lots of videos and promotional adverts on social media. Bottle took 3 weeks to arrive, came completely shattered leaking out of the packaging. I have been emailing and trying to contact for 2 weeks now. Radio silence - clearly just a scam. You are also automatically put into a monthly subscription when you purchase without being asked! So make sure you check all details. But again just avoid at all costs. Absolutely ridiculous

I have emailed the company 3 times as my order hasn't been delivered. They have ignored each one. Will never recommend these scammers. DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT !!!

Should have read reviews first. They ripped off twice. I cancelled subscription and they still billed me.DO NOT BUY!!

A SCAMMER . I did not subscribe & i ended up a subscription. I refused & returned the package and billed my credit card for not having the product. The scammer sent an email or link to cancel my unauthorized subscription and still billed for the product that i did not order or subscribe. A SCAMMER forcing people to be subscribed without their knowledge & keep billing & billing even if I refused to cancel subscription.

Order the 3 month supply receive the product and now they're charging me again and I can't reach the company because their number doesn't work. These people are scammers do not give them your credit card

I purchased liquid collagen and the next month I received another so it’s an automatic subscription although it does not warn you of this when I went onto contact them it is asking for your subscription log in for a code to be emailed so how clever as this is the only means of contact to cancel
