Experience recap: - purchased three bottles - gave my pup the correct dosage - she ended up in the hospital from bloody uncontrollable diarrhea - this company did NOT honor the 60-day money back guarantee - a subscription was started unbeknownst to me. - I’ve now been charged twice for 3 bottles I do not want. - terrible customer service

I tried my dog with a a small low introductory dose on two occasions - on both (frenchie) he shortly after became unwell - excessively drooling and lethargic. I originally thought he may of picked something up when out - so i tried again one week later and the same happened. Will never use again.

If you had a zero, that’s what I would rate this company as far as customer service at least. I know nothing of their product because I never tried it. It was thrown away due to the fact that the first bottle I opened was defective when I contacted the company after waiting nine days for it to get from California to Missouri in the heat of what I call summer because it’s still very hot in Missouri in September, they told me they would not give me a penny back even though they had a no questions asked guarantee at least at the time. They said they would give me my money back if I threw all three bottles in the trashcan and took a picture. Well, I did indeed throw all three bottles away, but I didn’t know I was supposed to take a picture. My trash came the next day. It was a weekend. I couldn’t tell them how unhappy I was or maybe I did and maybe they didn’t tell me about the picture taking until Monday. I don’t recall as far as the product itself. I have no idea if it works or not eventually after fighting for about a week or two because of my threats they gave me half back yeah big deal so I just checked my credit card this morning and yes indeed I got the $30 which is half back and then I looked at my emails and now they’re telling me I have a subscription to this product. I absolutely have never in my life signed up for subscriptions are delivery every month or whatever you wanna call it I don’t like those. But their website is tricky. They trick you into it. Apparently, I think I successfully canceled it because I was supposed to get another shipment very soon. If it still comes I’m going to put them in the trash trashcan take a picture and if they don’t give me the $60 back, I will cause trouble like they have never seen. I do not recommend this company avoid avoid avoid. If you choose to try the product just please be aware if it doesn’t work or if it’s defective in anyway when you receive it, you will not get your money back. Maybe the product works. I have no knowledge.

Sent out product that I didn't want! I never took it out of the post office, I returned to sender. However, they billed me immediately so the $$ came out of my account. I WANT IT BACK!

The product was their pet collagen. It is the same thing as human collage you can by for much, much cheaper. Not only that, they snuck in a subscription so when I believed I was just trying one bottle, I ended being charged for more until I figured out how to end the subscription. Just don't

I ordered this for my foster fur son Justin, he was very itchy and biting his paws. I gave this to him for about 1 1/2 weeks. Justin did not do well on this product. He started biting his sides, scratching his ears and scooting, which he had not done previously. I emailed to start the supposed 60 day money back guarantee, don't believe it. At first they offered 1/2 of the price after answering a plethora of questions on a form that they send .I declined because of the extra expense that it caused ( I had to take Justin to the vet, it cost me over $200) now they want me send a video of me placing the bottle in the garbage with the order # written on a piece of paper,then they want to see it placed in the outside bin and then they want to see a video that the trash is gone. This is an entire new level of a scheme so as to not give any refunds! I do NOT recommend this product from HealthyPetz! Very shady company!

They automatically signed me up for a subscription and had to cancel. Tried their product for 2 months on both of my dogs. Made matters worse. THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR 60-DAY - NO QUESTIONS ASKED - REFUND. HORRIBLE customer service. Ineffective product and seemingly scammers.

Extremely poor communication, extremely poor Deliveries, extremely poor customer service!!!!!! I have been waiting for over a week for my delivery, no response to my emails. Avoid avoid avoid!!
