I was enthused to try Healthypetz collagen support for dogs BUT both my dogs had allergic reactions (hives) to the product after 3 or 4 days of use following directions on the bottle and the website. I contacted the company via email for a refund as instructed by the website (30 day guarantee) and cancelled my subscription. No response at all. I contacted them a second time via email and 4 days later still NOTHING. Warning !! Do not buy from this company and do not trust their website! 30 day guarantee is a LIE! NO customer service. D.R. Several emails to their support system and no one answers me back. Made an order back in July and tracked it to my area USPS in my area of PA. and then later shows it at USPS in NM/I live in PA. Why did this order go from PA. back to NM?? No one is getting back to me on this order. Their support system does not answer my inquiries and no phone # listed to speak to someone. How do I get my money back and I am a senior citizen.

Be careful, I wanted to try as a one-off but it subscribes you and you get bottles delivered every month at an extortionate price. I tried to cancel the subscription but ended up getting my bank to block them Customer service is non existent As for the product, it smells so strong my dog refused to eat her food with just 1 drop added

I have emailed this company twice now and still no reply, they put you into a subscription even although there is nothing in the order that suggest you are then try to repeatedly deduct money straight from your debit card. Stay well clear it’s a CON they don’t answer and don’t refund your monies either. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY

Once they get your bank details you’re hooked.started sending me the product which I did not subscribe to.sent about three or four e mails to stop subscription but got no reply.would not answer phone so ended up going to bank and ask them to stop paying subscription to healthy petz

SCAMMERS!!! They charge you and never send product!! The phone number is fake!!!

Scamming Bastards AVOID !

The company state that they will respond to emails in 12 hours... I've been waiting since 6th June. They do not reply to ANY emails. They state 60 day money back guarantee but that's a scam to trick people into buying it. As with most things, it lulls you into a false sense of security. Absolute fraud of a company! I doubt that my review will appear on their website. It doesn't go directly on there, it's screened by a 3rd party site. If you want to try collagen for your dog, I'd look elsewhere as this stuff comes from somewhere remote... it takes ages to arrive! Definitely not the US!
