I emailed this company to ask where they were based and which shipper they used. I received a lengthy reply from a gmail address which avoided both questions. It's now nearly two weeks since ordering and nothing has been received, with no progress showing on the 'tracking' information that only appears on their own website. I do not believe that this is a genuine company.

Don’t believe this is a legit company. Ordered weeks ago and still nothing. Apparently signed up to a subscription?! Can’t really find any reliable reviews either.

I ordered 2 phials of Collagen for dogs. When it arrived one phial was smashed to bits but when I tried to contact the firm by email for a replacement the reply was ‘mailbox unavailable’. Advertised on Facebook.
