I'm now giving my 2 German Shepherd dogs their 4th bottle of Healthy Pets collagen at the dose suggested on the bottle. Been a month and a half and they are still itching and have hot spots. Concerns are: 1-product does not work 2-even though I did not sign up for auto ship subscription, they shipped a second shipment of 3 bottles after one month 3- they only post positive reviews on their web site. If you look, they only show 99 reviews, all very positive. I tried posting my (negative) review and it said they have to review it first. 4- I have buyers remorse. I don't like being scammed

I wish i had read reviews before ordering from this company. I ordered stuff & got an email to say so, then another one to say i was subscribed which i never asked for. I have sent them 3 emails which they have ignored this company is defo one to avoid. I have been onto my bank which they will see if they can stop reccurring items being sent. If i could give them zero points i would. To put someone on a months supply behind their back just shows you how devious this company is. It looks to me their more interested in getting money out of you than anything else. Please AVOID this scam company...

I have tried to stop a subscription to this company. I did not take out a subscription but find repeated bottles of liquid collagen for Dogs being delivered despite trying to cancel a non-existent subscription. Do not buy anything from this bogus company.

First order took a while to arrive. Because I was aware of the time it took I chose to have subscription so wouldn’t risk running out of it , if it was working to improve my pittie’s issues. Second order arrived before we ran out of it. There is definitely an improvement with his skin and paws. He seems more peppy also. It does smell strong in packaging however I believe the bacon taste they add to the liquid is what I am smelling. So far I am impressed with this product. He is on apoquel for years and this product is improving his issues even more. Dare I say I might be able to try and wean him off apoquel which can cause cancer?!

If I could give a minus score I would When I received the invoice for my order, I saw that subscription had been activated and not by me. I reached out immediately to have subscription cancelled. I reached many times by email and never, to this day have they responded. Yet they tried to send another order. I have repeatedly emailed and they refuse to respond. When the original order arrived i saw from the ingredients listed that there was bacon in it. This was not listed in the producer described. My dog is allergic all things pork. If it had been listed i would not have ordered it. my next step is to review with authorities to see what can be done, this company is bogus, unethical and fraudulent in their dealings

On a scale of 0-10, I think Healthypetz chances of improving are about -35. I ordered a pack of 5 bottles about four weeks ago, gave them credit card details and a delivery address. To date, No reply, not even an acknowledgement of sale. Can't get a reply from their so-called customer support team. It seems they have taken my money and don't seem to have any intention of living up to the deal. STAY AWAY from these scammers.

I agree with the above blogs. This company is a scam, and I paid them for a bottle plus 2 and never received it. I never got a tracking notice and now am unable to contact them as customer service is unavailable. A previous person noted that this was a Chinese supplier and I believe it. Since I placed this order via debit card, I have received 3 unauthorized hits to my bank account. Luckily, the fraud department was on top of it and shut my card off and emailed me to give me a heads up. The bad news is I was trying to use my card for a service, and it would not go through. I paid cash and went straight to my bank and was issued another card. I believe this is all related. I can't prove it, but you be the judge. Stay away from this outfit.

Never received my order of liquid collegan for my dog, charged £25 !!!! Nothing!....sent email, no response yet ! Then they were subscribing me !! Don't think so .....don't bother with this company! Not happy
