Emailed this company to cancel further orders because I couldn't find anywhere to log in, and the website said they would get back to you within 12 hours. That was on the 16th. Waited to hear back from them. On the 22nd they took a payment from my bank so I emailed again, telling them if they sent their product it would be returned at their expense. Waited another couple of days. On the 24th I called my bank, made a complaint, and cancelled any further transactions. Won't get my business again!

Healthy Petz I believe is a scam and untrustworthy! I received notification my package was delivered by mail. I went to my mailbox to find the package ripped open and no bottle inside and the label address to me by Healthy Petz! I have emailed for a full reimbursement of my money and heard nothing. I can't find a number to call customer service! Absolutely unacceptable I'll tolerate $32 out of pocket. I advised everyone to stay away from Healthy Petz!

The website does not tell you the collagen is imported. It took 2 weeks to get here. The return address was from Kelly Chang, at an address in Illinois that belongs to IGT Services Inc, a third-party customs brokerage in Elk Grove, IL. On the IGT website, there is a page that states IGT is not associated with Kelly Chang and to "be advised that suspicious online activity has been identified as fraudulent, involving the unauthorized use of IGTs address and phone number as the scammer's contact information." IGT has filed reports with the USPO and the Elk Grove, IL, police. Additionally, I was automatically subscribed to future purchases without my authorization and had to go through at least 4 windows to cancel this subscription. I requested a refund by email exactly as laid out on the website. After a week and no response, I contacted my credit card company, and they canceled the charge. I have documentation of the above.

Item didnt arrive, no response from emails. Automatically signed me up to a repeat subscription which I didnt ask for. Waste of time, money and effort avoid at all costs. Nightmare from start to finish!!!

WARNING - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I did a one off order for 3 x collagen liquids, thought nothing else until a month later another 3 products arrived, after checking my bank account they charged me again and signed me up to a subscription I did not authorise, I sent numerous emails for a ruturn and refund but they did not reply to any.

They keep sending after you cancel. There is no return address, no pho e number, & no email to contact. Total span with Chinese on bar code

Product doesn't work and they will not respond to emails.

This is a total scam business. Tried several months to cancel, once they got a hold of my card they kept charging it every month. I finally contacted the bank and filed a compalint/dispute Need to be extra with online orders, a lot of crooks outthere!
