I placed an order a month ago. I got an email that it was delivered (it was not). I asked for a refund then got an email back that my order was back logged for another 2 weeks. I asked for a refund again and haven't heard back. I think this is a scam. Will be disputing with my credit card company.

Good price, bit very poor customer service. There was no notification of my order being shipped, and the company website dis not provide accurate information as to the status of the order (“pending” was all it said whole the order was already in transit). And the reply to my follow-up e-mail took days.

Product ordered has been used quite frequently via my pet and she loves wearing them outside. Keep her feet dry and she apparently enjoys them alot.

Terrible service and website!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Still have not been refunded for two orders purchased here that have not been received. Called to cancel and still no refunds after 3 weeks. Stay away, you have been warned.

Can I give them no stars? I’ve been waiting 8 days for an order to ship. “Shaun” whom I was chatting with about the order just went silent, their tracking page won’t “load”, no one responds to emails and I’ve lost 2 fish waiting for my order. Will be pursuing ways to get my money back via credit card today. Placed order with Chewy and it has already been shipped. Don’t waste your time or money on healthypets.com.
