No, I have not received my order. I checked your website for a number to call or an email to write to you but there is NONE which makes you look like a shady operation. My money was canceled to you and I ordered and received the product from someone else.

Canceled order after being told it was back ordered for three weeks. Fast forward a month and I order again as they show in stock and they send two orders a week apart. No responses to emails. Over a month to wait for refunds and seriously the worst customer service.

This company is hands down one of the shadiest companies with which I've ever shopped. Twice now I've tried to place an order with Healthy Pets. Both times, apparently the items I ordered were on backorder. If that's the case, then updating your website to reflect the low inventory would be the appropriate thing to do. Or - here's an idea - contact the customer to alert them to the delay!!! After waiting more than 3 weeks for my items to arrive, I decided to try to contact HP for an update. I called 4 times AND emailed twice and still HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE! How on earth are they on business if this is how they operate!? Disgusting. I finally just now got through to someone + asked them to refund my account. The fact that I had to go thru all of this trouble + the fact they never alerted me - whether thru the individual listings on their website, or via email/phone is inexcusable. Instead, I took my business to PetGuys.com. With them, the order got here in 3 days + they offer free shipping on their website. They have definitely made a loyal customer out of me!

I paid extra money for a 4 day delivery. Unfortunately, I did not receive my order until the sixth day. My advice, don’t offer services if you cannot fulfill them. I’m a first time user to your site and will ultimately be my last. Have a nice day😊
