This was an awesome experience. I got to choose the specific tests I wanted done. It was a quick, confidential and personal experience. I definitely liked the fact that they use well known labs to do the collections. Also the results came back quick and I have the results on a clear understandable form that I can print if I wanted to.

I've had trouble getting my allergist to do blood testing as he doesn't feel it is worth it. I was able to get the testing done within an hour of ordering online. The testing is done at a national lab, the same as if your local doctor gave you an order, so the methodology and results are not in question. Will definitely use again in the future.

I had an issue with a local laboratory I visited because they said they didn't offer the test I needed, so I called customer service to see what was up. The rep said that they were wrong and handled the matter ASAP as the lab was closing. She was AWESOME.
