Despite getting the test the afternoon before Thanksgiving, everything went smoothly. I chose my lab tests from a list, I chose a lab near me, I went to the lab without an appointment, I was seen to promptly, Agatha, who drew the blood had excellent technique and I did not feel the blood draw. The results came after 5 days... which I expected because of the holiday weekend. Overall a great experience.

Super easy process. Clean and comfortable office. Staff was nice, and talented. No digging to find vein, and not the slightest bruising. Turn around time was less than two days, and the results were layer out nicely. Easy to read and digital records are so easy to file. Will recommend the service.

Great service from Healthlabs, got results back the next day after drawing blood. Have used other labs and Healthlabs seems to offer better service.

It was a holiday week so I didn't expect it to be done in 1-2 business days. I had the test on the 23rd and when I didn't receive an email by the 28th I called and they had the results. I just found the chat function very unhelpful. I received the same canned response to any inquiry I had. All responses directed me to phone. It is a bit pricey but it is (or would have been) quick, easy and discreet.
