Don't use them if you want your script…
Don't use them if you want your script in a timely fashion! I ended up disputing with my bank (and winning) because they took over 72 hours to actually get the script to me. If I would have requested a refund, they would have charged me a 20% "convenience fee" Gross! Never doing business with them again.

I am sorry that you had a bad experience and we did approve your charge back request. As stated on the website, we do provide refunds minus a 20% cancellation fee if requested within 21 days of purchase. This is to cover our costs for processing the order and providing the requisition form. We also offer store credit that can be applied to future lab testing. For clarification, this customer purchased laboratory testing only (no scripts/prescriptions). There was a technical error and that caused a two hour delay in producing the lab requisition form. The purchase was completed online at 4:46 am and the requisition was electronically faxed to the lab at 6:48 am. The laboratory selected by this customer opened at 7:00 am. As with all technology, it occasionally fails and we endeavor to intervene promptly so that the customer does not experience a negative impact.

The whole process was so quick and easy. I simply printed my order, brought it to the lab then got my results emailed to me in 2 days. Will use this again.

Quick and Easy
Had blood drawn on one day, and the next had the results. Nice to get answers quickly without waiting to have a DRs appointment, test and then wait weeks for results. I would use this service again.

Easy & Inexpensive
It was so easy to order the lab tests I needed and was much much cheaper than paying cash at my local lab facility! I got the results so fast in only about 24 hours! I will definitely use HealthLabs.com again!
