Customer service and prices were excellent. This is a 4 star rating only because I live in a remote place and no quest or labcorp locations were available to select on the Health Lab testing location map in my state. We have health services here which both use Labcorp and Quest for testing, but the organizations use different names and don't show up on the Health Lab maps. Receiving my lab order and the results were a little delayed and I had to call customer service twice. However, the reps were friendly and got everything taken care of right away. I would use this service again!
