Fast process, skillful blood draw
Very simple, fast process. It took less than 10 minutes to get my blood drawn, and I had my results the next morning. I've never had any medical results that fast!

I had a pleasant experience with heathlabs. They made it very convenient for you. Just pay online and select the lab close to you for the test! I just ordered another test for my sister for school. Would recommend to anyone.

Lab process went smoothly, and very good customer service.

The process was easy and it was prompt, however paying 49.00 is a steep price to expediste your results. I have used different online labs and they offer results the same day and without a fee.

When I inquired about the test, it was never told that the test would take more than a week. This was disclosed to me after I called them up following up reg. my test results. That leaves me concerned about the accuracy of the test. It would have been more ethical and customer-friendly , had this been disclosed before the test was taken. Referring me to the lab for further follow-up seems like gross negligence and hostile. Thanks !
