Very easy to do and inexpensive

One day test results. Extremely fast. So glad i found this site.

The good: I ordered two test. Easy to find the test and pay. I received my lab requisition within one minute. I was at the lab at 8:00am and was out by 8:15am. The not so good: I requested the expedited service to get my lab results back “within 24 hours” and an update “within 12 hours” at a cost of $49. I received no update or lab results within the timeframes given. I called customer service and one of my labs was ready, but it was not posted to my account until I called. I was told the other test takes longer than 24 hours and after research this is correct. It’s a highly sensitive RNA test. The other lab result came at 61 hours. I did receive a refund for the $49. I would suggest fixing your algorithm to not accept the expedite on test that will take longer than 24 hours. Overall a good service and the customer service reps were friendly and helpful.

Great and fast results

Very quick and convenient. Had results within 24 hours. Process was easy and inexpensive. Would absolutely recommend!

Very simple and much cheaper than going through insurance.
