I can go to my local lab without an appointment, which makes it really convenient to actually get the labwork done. The labwork process is always fantastic as well. The longest part is waiting after checking in. The first time I went, I was called back less than 3 minutes after checking in. This time was less than 15, but there were also a few other people ahead of me. The result is always really easy to understand and you can reach out to Support and get a response very quickly. In my first test, I had to reach out to customer support for a quick update and I got a response in less than 20 minutes.
