Fast and easy

Was very nervous about using a service like this. However, everything went smoother than i had imagined. I even contacted customer service and was concerned id wait 3 hours on hold but. I had questions answered and off phone within 7 min. Would deff use again.

Easy and simple process. I've been trying to get into my doctor for over a year and they haven't been able to get me in for a simple iron blood panel. Finally looked online and found Health Labs as a good alternative. Incredibly quick turnaround, the next day received results. The only downside was - At checkout I saw that you had the option to speak with a doctor about the results, so I was excited to see that. After I got my results, I was unsure about how to put all the information together as my count was high in an area I hadn't been before. I went to go schedule a time to speak with a doctor and there's an additional $95 charge for that. I understand the need to be paid for your job so that's not why I docked a star, it was for that fact that I thought that speaking with a dr automatically came with the blood test. May want to reconsider how that is presented and make sure clients know it's an additional fee. But overall, nice easy way to get information on a issue/condition you are monitoring without the hassle of going into your primary.

The website explains really well how this works and the requirements for the Labs. They offer really good prices, it is easy to use and the process in the lab itself was really fast. Highly recommended.
