It was fast and efficient. Great for employers.

It was very easy to set up an account and be able to find clinics next to location needed for drug testing for post-work accident of employees who are working remote. Great communication in being able to send info to employee to get an appointment set. Also, to be able to pay directly online and get notified of results via email and easy access through the portal.

Scheduling was easy and because this was a random test, everything was handled with the company representative and not the employee for confidential reasons.

Results took entirely too long. Test was done on 11/23. Initial call to inquire on 11/29, CS rep just responded with due to the holiday. I called back on 11/30 and was told results were read at 10:00 am that day but still no result provided by end of day. Called again on 12/1 and CS Rep, Ryan, was helpful. Contacted the lab and learned the MRO needed to speak with the employee. No idea why it took so long, why was I not kept informed all along. Why did I have to call back so many times. Not a happy customer. Not sure I will use Health Street's services again.

Simple and easy. Unfortunately, it took 9 days due to the holiday (6 business days)
