It is very hard to get a hold of anyone by phone if you have questions. It would be helpful if there were more information on the website about when someone actually comes in for their test. Hold times on the phone are extensive.

The initiation process was a bit cumbersome.

it wasn't so much Health Street's fault, but it took 12 total days to get the results from our last DOT collection. Not sure who's lab they used but this turn around was to excessive in time results.

I like the friendliness of the agent but what I didn’t like is that he was trying to sell me a package I didn’t need. I clearly told him that I didn’t needed the drug test and he wanted me to pay for a package that included drug screening. He told me that he could process the transaction and I had already chosen a package. The package was $175.00 First he was teto sell me the $250.00 package with the drug screening included when I had already told him no. Then he said that my package was $220.00 I told him that I was at the website and the total was $170.00 I was looking at the screen but he insisted it was $220.00 and told me that he was going to process the transaction. I think he was trying to get more money. I didn’t like that. After insisting many times that it was $175.00 he finally said he was looking at the wrong package which was not true.

The initial sign up and set up was so easy and convenient. Getting the results was another story. I called in to customer service as the results didn't show up on the account. The rep was less than patient, got upset that I couldn't see the results and said he didn't know how to explain it so I understood. He then did send the results directly to email. I don't have a need to use the service again.

I have experienced multiple times sending a prospective employee to a pre-employment drug screen, after paying for the service, only for them to be told that the provider either doesn't do that any longer or it will be days before they can help them. That causes delays for new hire and additional work trying another provider to see if they can help us.

Not able to review report on the weekend. Had to wait until Monday,

We liked the convenience of the process and that they use professional labs for the testing. We had a delay in the results and ending up calling as we needed the results.
