Everything went fine. My problem came when I found out I just needed to call the clinic directly and it would have cost less than half the cost that you charged.

We scheduled an appointment for a DOT medical examination and paid a fee that was three times the standard rate. Upon arrival, the medical facility informed us that no appointment had been scheduled. When we requested a refund, we were advised that our driver “did not know what he was doing,” which we found both inaccurate and unprofessional. We expect a full refund and clarification regarding how this error occurred.

Test took to long to get results

Slow service. Ordered and instant read panel. 14 days ago still no results.

The delay in getting to conclusions. The test took 7 working days which is uncalled for. It is all a waste of precious time.

Short staffed,they canceled me twice on the same day! 3rd time made me wait for hour & half! I’m not going to this clinic in the future! 😡

First time using this company. Drug screen came back quick but the background check has been week and still not back. Contacted customer service three times with zero results. Delaying the hiring process this long is a terrible way of doing business. I've spent a fortune to recruit and this part of the process shouldn't blow it.
