Great Company!

Good morning, I sent my crew in for a random hair follicle test to; Med One Care 413 Owen Dr. Suite 202 Fayetteville, NC 28304 There were 6 men total. 4 of them had sufficient head hair to test, two of them did not. As you can see on the attached invoice I selected and paid the additional $25 for two of them to receive the body hair testing. Unfortunately, all 6 of them provided body hair specimens and no head hair was taken. It is well known that body hair testing is not as accurate as head hair. This testing facility did not test per my order attached. Also, we have individuals admitting to using and their results came back negative. Please help me understand what happened here. Easy to register and was consistently provided with status updates at all stages,

Driver went in for test on 12/27/22, results not received until 1/5/23, No initial chain of custody provided. This is not the first time for this type of delay.

Flawless service

We need to have this service in many locations and Health Street made this an easy process and so nice to have the information needed in one spot to go back and reference.

The set up of the on-site test was easy and they showed up the day of the test and were done within a little over an hour for 21 employees. The only thing I can say that was miscommunicated was that our results took 8 days instead of 24 to 72 hours and we still don't have all the results.
