I was surprised by the quick turnaround. Only 24 hours. Very impressive.

We had an employee report for testing on 10/31/2022. I received notification that sample was collected and to expect results within "24-48 hrs for negative results (approx 2-5 days if non-negative)". On 12/20/2022 I followed up. Followed up a second time on 1/3/2023. On 1/5/2023 I was informed that the MRO did not receive COC. Without prior contact to me Healthstreet issued a (second) invitation to the employee to report for testing - at approx. 4:30pm. This violates our protocols, as persons selected for random testing have 1 hour to report which in this case was impossible since the collection site was 45 minutes away and closes at 5:00pm. Many mistakes were made. Poor communication. Slow response to my inquiries.

I’ve had to call 4 times in two days just to get a receipt of my payment. I’ve spoke to 3 different people on the phone and they all said they were going to send it but they never did. I finally talked to someone who was able to send me a receipt, but the receipt only shows the total amount paid. This receipt does not show actually what I paid for. I don’t know why I cannot get a itemized receipt, so I guess that’s something that this company needs to change. other than that everything has gone OK . I just don’t like how I had to call 4 times just to get a receipt of my payment. Thank you
