Bad Service; Not what I paid for
I requested and paid for Instant drug tests (I was told I would have an email with results approx. 1 hour after drug test) for Tuesday (11/10) morning testing for two installers. I just received the results today, Thursday afternoon (11/12/2020). I called Health Street on Tuesday (11/10) to check the status of the results since it had been 4 hours since the drug test. I was told that the test came out positive and were sent to the lab. I was told the installers were told they came out positive and that the test would be sent to lab which was not true. I ended up having to send my installers to another testing place to get instant results on Tuesday afternoon so that they could start the installation job on Tuesday. I paid for instant results and received negative drug test results 2 days later. I was charged for a service that I was not given. Yet, nothing has been done, no credit for fee paid or apology given for this error by Health Street.
