I’m not sure how they have 4.5 stars. Probably paying people for good reviews. Worst experience I’ve ever had with getting a uscg drug test. I followed all the instructions perfectly and was refused service when I got to the test site. Then they tried to tell me they do not give refunds. I threatened to stop payment on my cc and then all of a sudden they were able to refund me. Terribly unethical business practices!

Very helpful customer service

This was a first for our small company and I can say mostly painless. They sent email updates as each guy tested and followed the specimen to the lab, again alerting me when it got there. Results were as specified, negative test was reported the following evening and the positive (unfortunately we had one) isn't in yet as it was only two days ago. I will absolutely use their service again

Good overall service and quick answer when you call, instead of being on hold for 20 minutes like some other places.

The interaction was fast and easy. The only improvement I can offer would be to put the hours of operation on the message sent with the barcode. We had employees arrive after 2pm because they thought the office would still expect them.

The process was easy and it flowed perfectly and result came back same day. Very pleased!
