Great customer service. Nice online platform

I had several issues, when speaking with the first representative I expressed I wanted to start an account to be billed and he said that would not be an issue and he would email me the information and I could sign up the employees I needed tested. I completed the forms and returned them and I was unable to add the employees without payment. I had to call and wait to speak to Lewis again and he explained that was not the procedure and I had to pay upfront for one and then call back and tell him when that payment was completed and then I could be invoiced for the others. That could have been explained in the first call. So three calls. Then I get an email that our employees sample had been received and was on the way to the lab. I had ordered and paid for the instant testing. So I had to place another call and then explained that it need additional testing. That was not explained in the email. So far two of three instant that were ordered had to be sent out. We paid extra for the instant and are having to wait with our employees off work waiting for results. Also, the time you have listed as a closing time for the testing location is 5pm. Monday our employees got there at 3:30p and it was closed. I called and confirmed and I was told 5p. On Tuesday they got there at 3pm CLOSED. On Wednesday the nurse doing the testing told the employees she leaves at 2pm. All around it has been an unpleasant experience to get our employees tested.

Easy people to work with. I would like to have had a refund instead of a credit for the employee that did not show for the test.

The test was done in a timely fashion. One test site had been closed and customer service directed me to go to another location. Thank you for providing your service.
