Simple to use as from an owner / operator perspective. Quick test results. Driver was in and out quickly. Communication with testing dates and results were seamless. Would recommend.

Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because I thought the testing center was a rapid test, where I would have received the employee's results the same day, if Negative. Instead they were sent into Lab, but all in all after that, I received the results very quickly, which was same day they were received. So, in the end the employee had to miss an extra day of work while we were waiting for results. Outside of that, everything was pretty quick and easy to get set up with an account and schedule a testing site.
