This is the first time that I've worked with Health Street due to an accident at a job site. Once, I got signed up, it was easy to get the drug test ordered. The worker was able to get his drug test done within minutes of receiving the bar code. I also received the results of the drug test, the next day. Thank You!

The process took too long, and when called to inquired, the person stated that they will make the call and get back shortly. That person did not follow through, and i had to call again (and was promised the same, and again, did not follow through with any call). Disappointed!

Health Street's online service for scheduling drug testing for individuals that do not live in your local area is a great alternative.

The test was administered April 30, and I was only able to receive results today (May 10). In addition, the step of confirming prescribed medications was not previewed, and the notification of that requirement was sent on a Saturday (non-business day). Overall, the process is too cumbersome to be practically useful. While I appreciate the confidentiality, I found another local lab that could process the sample in 1 hr, give me the results the next day, and only charge $30. I will be using them going forward.

Though my tested was difficult to make arrangements for. Your staff was very helpful. They made the situation so much easier. I will definitely use the service at Health Street again. Thank you

Great service

I already wrote a review, so surprised you are asking for a 2nd. I was NOT happy with the amount of time it took to get results. We are a business that needs results sooner than almost 2 weeks. Very UNACCEPTABLE.
