Health Street is very expensive, but they used to return results quickly. This time it took nearly a week. Unacceptable! I will be actively searching for another company to administer this work.

Customer service was very difficult to deal with. Hold times in excess of 2 hours. No one would ever call back. The employee spent many hours during work time trying to reach them as they requested. I had to send a few emails to get a reply.

Super easy & received the results very quickly!

The results took longer than I had anticipated as I paid for the quick test. I felt like I should have received them in the 2-5 day window as mentioned originally but I got them on the 7th biz day. The quality of the results was good though.

Excellent service had four employees in four different states and with one call was able to take care of all of them with no problem. Will use this service for any future drug tests.

I needed quick post-accident testing for an employee that was traveling out of state. Thank you!

Simple - great

Sample was mislabeled so our employee now has to rerun for another test.
