Not good it all cal a drivers 4 a 5 times a year and all test can clean . I think it’s just about business that’s it

Great Service Great Service, easy access to a representative on first call - which is important to me. My questions were answered, their website was user friendly and enrollment of employees was efficient. The turnaround time of reports was prompt. Cost was sufficient. Overall, great experience-will use them again and recommend to others.

Can’t ever get someone to answer the phone or mostly return emails

Health Street is very easy to use and I get the results back in a very timely fashion. I like that I can use if for any state a new employee may be in.

We joined Health Street so that our few employees would not have to get tested so frequently. At least one employee is picked every other month, it seems. We feel that Health Street makes money through sending someone for testing, so we are now looking for a company that charges a flat fee for the year - that way they won't be motivated to pick for testing more often than is required.

Easy and Convenient The ease of selecting which panel i want and the location to send my employees could not be easier.
