I thought I was going to try the App for free to see if I could benefit from it, however as it turns out a payment was going to be taken from my credit card in 14 day's time. This could have put me under some financial strain. Thankfully I realised that error and managed to cancel before this occurs. Metal note, Do Not Try so called FREE TRIALS. NAUGHTY HEADSPACE.

I like this app very much! HOWEVER, their customer service is ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. Getting someone to solve billing problems (caused by them) is impossible. Plus the ad they recently ran for 25% off was a total scam. My credit card was charged the full amount. When my current subscription is over, I will cancel for good. I'm really turned off by this company.

Sneaky autorenewal really ruined it The app and guided meditations are ok. I liked the continuity and the different themes. Also the animations are really well done The sneaky autorenewal without a warning though really ruined my impression about the company.

Beware! - Auto renewal with no reminder!!! I wouldn't go as far as a scam, but it is underhand and desperate. The app is good, do some research to see what it can offer you, it did help me and I have no issue with what it delivers. Headspace has undone all the good work with a cheap trick to renew your subscription at a very high cost. Even insurance companies send you a reminder before stealing your cash.

A total con they are thieves. I signed up for guided meditation it seemed good but then it changed with big gaps in between no good for me whats the point if no talking on it. Waste of money. You pay for something and recieve something else. I didnt use it again realised they conned me. I have dyspraxia so helps you concentrate when guided. Now a year later they have taken the money again from my debit card. The Bank put a block on my card but advised i ring them for a refund as much quicker. I have tried to find ways to contact them but havnt been able to do that filled in form cant send. Will keep on trying. Good meditation on You Tube free. This company is a cowboy company dont waste your money very expensive and complete waste of money. Please advise how do you contact them as googled clicked on and got no where so far.

Frankly, I don't get it. I have only tried the basics I must say, but the guy talks about feeling the body pressing against the ground, which I don't feel. It talks about focusing on the breaths, which I don't think could help someone - or at least me - feel more relaxed, does not explain if/when you need to keep your eyes open and closed, and above all with all these breath in breath out I feel like I almost go into hyperventilation! I just doubt I can personally achieve anything with headspace. A body massage or listening to some relaxing music has a much stronger effect in my opinion!

Quite simply, I've not been able to meditate before and now I feel able to practice. It has very noticeable effects on my life - I feel calmer, more connected with others, less worried by ups and downs, and more loving. Highly recommended.
